Payments
All payments made through Home4You (listing fees, subscriptions, services) are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Landlord Responsibilities
1. Provide accurate property details.
2. Ensure the property is legal and habitable.
3. Respond to tenants promptly.
4. Follow housing and rental laws.
Tenant Responsibilities
1. Pay rent as agreed with the landlord.
2. Keep property in good condition.
3. Follow lease rules and housing laws.
Disputes
Any dispute between landlord and tenant is strictly between them. Home4You does not mediate.
Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.
