Home4You does not own, manage, inspect, or control any properties listed on the platform. We are not a party to rental agreements, disputes, or negotiations between landlords and tenants.
All users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Home4You does not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advisory services. Users are encouraged to seek professional advice when necessary.
Payments
All payments made through the Home4You platform (including listing fees, subscription fees, or service charges) are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Before making a payment, users must ensure they fully understand the service being purchased. Home4You is not liable for refunding payments related to rental agreements, deposits, or any transactions between landlords and tenants.
Home4You does not handle rental payments or security deposits between landlords and tenants unless expressly stated within a specific service.
Landlord Terms & Responsibilities
1. Property Condition – Ensure the property is safe, habitable, and compliant with health, safety, and housing regulations.
2. Accuracy of Information – Provide accurate listing details, images, pricing, and availability. Misrepresentation may lead to account suspension.
3. Tenant Screening – Conduct due diligence and legally compliant screening of prospective tenants. Home4You is not responsible for tenant selection.
4. Legal Compliance – Adhere to all housing, rental, notice, and eviction laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
5. Responsiveness – Reply to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Tenant Terms & Responsibilities
1. Rent Payments – Pay rent in full and on time according to the lease agreement with the landlord.
2. Property Care – Keep the property in good condition, report maintenance issues promptly, and avoid intentional damage.
3. Legal Compliance – Follow all building rules, lease conditions, and local housing laws.
4. Honesty & Conduct – Provide accurate personal information and refrain from fraudulent activity.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute regarding rent, refunds, deposits, property condition, eviction, or contract terms is strictly between the landlord and tenant. Home4You will not mediate or be held liable for losses, damages, or disagreements resulting from rental transactions.
Account Suspension
Home4You reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts found to be in violation of these terms or involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Home4You application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
